What makes it special

Our new focaccia recipe calls for long fermentation, leading to pillowy, luscious crumb and a richness of flavor that sets it apart. Our cafes and NYC Greenmarket locations will serve a classic version with rosemary and flake salt, as well as seasonal focaccias featuring rotating toppings. This bread will serve as the vehicle for our new poached chicken salad sandwich, introducing a new and very delicious spin on an old classic.
