Our Pizza Stand is Back!
Starting this weekend, our Pizza Stand opens for the season at the Boiceville location! We’ll be serving up wood-fired pizzas and fresh summer desserts this Saturday and Sunday from 11-5.
The Stand runs on solar power and local firewood. Pizza is made by our lead Pizzaiolo, Brian, who’s spent over a decade perfecting his craft. Each pie is built on a sourdough crust made with organic, double zero pizza flour and topped with an intentional selection of local and imported ingredients. Desserts are made fresh by our new pastry chef, Elizabeth. The Fruition Brownie sundae with seasonal fruit is new this year, and it’s a must-try!
