What makes it special
According to German tradition, our pumpernickel bread is made with a high proportion of rye that we mill in house. It also contains organic wheat flour to give it its generous rise. It has a nice mouthfeel, great for a savory sandwich.

Organic wheat flour, water, cracked rye berries, organic rye flour, blackstrap molasses, cocoa powder, salt.
