What makes it special
A family-friendly, sandwich loaf with grains and honey. It's slight sweetness makes it a favorite among kids.
The whole emmer, or farro, grains are cracked in house and toasted. We then make a porridge with the cracked toasted grain, which is incorporated into the loaf of bread for a deeply satisfying slice.
