Geneva Cakes (wheat-free)

What makes it special

These cakes have been a longstanding feature of our pastry menu -- one of the few wheat-free items we bake and a favorite among gluten-free folks. The recipe that inspired our Geneva cake was originally from Napoleon's chef once their army had run out of wheat. A slightly dense cake using only almond meal for flour, this sweet treat pairs beautifully with whipped cream and fresh fruit.


Ingredients

Ingredients: Almond Flour, butter, eggs, sugar, corn starch, vanilla extract.

Topping: Sliced Almond
