Spelt has lower gluten content than most wheat varietals. As a result, our naturally-leavened spelt bread is easily digested by many who have wheat and gluten sensitivity.

Organic spelt flour, water, organic canola oil, organic barley malt, and sea salt.

All of our spelt flour is milled by Small Valley Milling in Halifax, Pennsylvania.
