Order Form Help
IMPORTANT: When using our order form, DO NOT CLOSE [X] THE ORDER FORM WINDOW unless you want to delete your order. If you just want to hide the order form while browsing through our site, click on the HIDE ORDER FORM link or minimize [-] the Order Form Window.

1. | Enter QUANTITY for each item. |
| 2. | Click + or UPDATE SUBTOTAL button. | |
| 3. | Enter your BILLING/SHIPPING information. See Shipping Charges & Schedule. | |
| 4. | Click the REVIEW ORDER button to review your order. | |
| 5. | The edit your order, click EDIT ORDER. To pay for your order using our totally secure payment system, click the CHECKOUT button. | |
EDITING INSTRUCTIONS: To change quantities, enter quantity and click + or UPDATE SUBTOTAL. To delete an item, set its quantity to 0 and click + or UPDATE SUBTOTAL. |
