Our signature loaf. We gathered our sourdough techniques in underground Parisian bakeries, where centuries have informed the stone stairs and the shadows of patient bakers lurk - waiting to inspire.We believe we have learned a thing or two from the best of times and the worst of times! Our mildly sour loaf is transcendant toasted well and smeared with organic local sweet butter and apricot preserves.
Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, spring water, organic whole wheat sourdough, organic whole wheat flour, sea salt.
