Walls, floors & more!

Our committed, can-do, no-challenge-too-big construction crew has been hard at work finishing the interior of our new bakery and cafe. Framing went up, insulation went in, and drywall got hung. And this week, tile went down! Pictured here, Morgan showing off the colorful mosaic that is going up, you’ll have to come visit after our opening to see where :)

Bakery & back of house

For our production space we poured a brick red epoxy (to compliment our beloved brick ovens and the fall foliage of the Catskills). We plan to wheel a lot of bread and pastry over this new floor over the many years to come.

Tilework

The tiling crew is making quick work of the cafe floor. Our efforts have been largely focused on the production space over the past few weeks, but that emphasis is about to shift, and the cafe space is going to come together very quickly. All our counters, shelving, banquets, and other elements are DONE and ready to be installed!
